CTP: This labeling is very common in our current political dialog. The problem with calling Obama a socialist or communist or weak on terror-- all common right wing zingers-- is that he's none of these things. War in Afghanistan? Escalated troop levels. Socialist redistribution of wealth? He gave money to the engine of the capitalist machine; namely our banks, and none of his socialist bail out went to the poor.

The last point our ranter makes is about the constitution. Our current president was a professor of constitutional law. I would invite you to show me a single way in which he has imposed policy or law which violates the constitution. Especially after our last president, this comment is extra ignorant.

"I think this is great although I don't truly understand it. I have a great job, make plenty of money, and have for quite a while. Perhaps those without jobs deserve their condition because they're lazy and untrained. We all get what we work for. Pick yourself up by your boot straps and go earn a living. CTP: This one was pretty fun. Remember, everything in your life is in your control. Nothing anyone else ever does can ever affect you. If the company your work for goes under it is your fault. Remind me again why America is so popular internationally when we have such likable attitudes?

CTP: Although this comment is REALLY dumb all on it's own (Example: "Look! He's using a gun to hunt. You know-- a gun: a tool used for hunting! He's only a great hunter when he uses his tools that hunters use!")  but it's extra dumb considering that it was proven that he wasn't speaking with elementary students when he had the teleprompters up in that famous picture. He was addressing the press in a sixth grade classroom with a prepared speech. I guess he could have just scribbled it on his hand...

CTP: First, I'd just like to say it's fun to pretend that stats can just be made up. Stats mean something, you can't just say "75%" and pretend it's true. Especially when 100% of people commenting on Fox News who aren't Trolls are conservative/Republican/Tea Party members.

As for what you said, these are the kind of comments that hurt my soul to read. "Kill yourself?" "Traitor?" Satan has a place in Hell for traitors to America? First of all, God is neither a Republican nor American, so there's no divine condemnation based on American political view points. And secondly, kill yourself? Do you think the poster will change their mind based on your comment? Or do you think they'll actually kill themselves? Just think about what you say before you say it. Just because no one gets you in trouble for saying things like this does not make it any less wrong to say.

CTP: Another person talking about teleprompters. I would like to reiterate that any comments like these are dumb. Next, if you're comparing the cognitive powers of Sarah Palin and Barrack Obama and you don't come to the conclusion that the president is much, much smarter than Palin, that would be pretty strange. But my favorite part of this comment is where someone calling Democrats "demoncraps" makes a statement in the same sentence about other people needing to grow up.

"To hell with these damn polls.  Here's my poll.  The majority of Americans say scrap Obama's Health Care folly, start over and do some real reform starting with tort reform.  If the majority wants to start over, why do we need to compromise on a dead plan?" --MSNBC.com Comment

CTP: This guy rocks. He begins his arguments by discrediting credible polls and immediately replaces it with his own admittedly baseless poll. I don't care who you are, openly ignoring reality to begin an argument is just awesomely bold. He then asks a question based on the results of his imaginary poll. Terrific.
